Anti-Federalist vs. Kamala Harris

Vice President of the United States

Kamala Harris built her career as a prosecutor — the person who puts people in cages. As San Francisco DA and California AG, she expanded prosecutorial power, fought to keep wrongfully convicted people in prison, and opposed criminal justice reforms. As Vice President, she became the face of an administration that continued mass surveillance and corporate cronyism.

The Record

01

Criminal Justice

Kamala Harris's Record

As AG, fought to keep wrongfully convicted people in prison to maintain conviction rates. Championed truancy laws that jailed parents of truant children. Opposed body cameras for police.

Anti-Federalist Position

Decentralize justice. Community oversight boards with real power over local police. End prosecutorial immunity. Justice should serve communities, not prosecutors' careers.

Harris laughed when asked about marijuana legalization while she had imprisoned over 1,500 people for marijuana offenses. She opposed DNA testing for a death row inmate who was likely innocent.

02

Tech Industry

Kamala Harris's Record

Represented Silicon Valley's interests as California AG. Accepted massive campaign donations from Big Tech executives. Did not pursue antitrust action against any major tech company.

Anti-Federalist Position

Sever the corporate-state relationship entirely. No politician should accept funding from the industries they regulate. Break up tech monopolies.

Harris raised over $30 million from the tech industry for her presidential campaign. She declined to prosecute OneWest Bank (run by Trump's Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin) for foreclosure violations despite staff recommendations to do so.

03

AI Regulation

Kamala Harris's Record

Held AI safety meetings that produced voluntary industry commitments. No binding legislation. No enforcement mechanism.

Anti-Federalist Position

Mandatory algorithmic transparency. Citizens have the right to know when AI is making decisions about their lives and to challenge those decisions.

Voluntary commitments from corporations are worth less than the paper they're printed on. Every tech company "committed" to responsible AI while deploying biased algorithms in hiring, lending, and criminal justice.

04

Immigration

Kamala Harris's Record

Tasked with addressing "root causes" of migration. Visited the border once. No structural reform. Continued detention policies.

Anti-Federalist Position

Immigration policy should be determined by the communities directly affected. Border towns and interior cities have different needs and should have different policies.

Harris told migrants "do not come" while offering no legal pathway for asylum seekers. She represented both the harshest and most performative aspects of Democratic immigration policy.

05

Civil Liberties

Kamala Harris's Record

As a prosecutor, consistently prioritized conviction rates over civil liberties. Supported expanding surveillance tools for law enforcement.

Anti-Federalist Position

Civil liberties are absolute. The government does not get to decide when your rights apply. Prosecutorial power is the most dangerous power in government and must be radically constrained.

Prosecutors in America have virtually unlimited power to charge, plea bargain, and imprison. Harris never advocated for reducing that power — she expanded it at every opportunity.

The Verdict

Kamala Harris represents the prosecutorial wing of the establishment — the people who believe the solution to every problem is more enforcement, more prosecution, more incarceration. She is a product of the system, not a reformer of it.
