Anti-Federalist vs. Joe Biden

46th President of the United States

Joe Biden has been in federal government since 1973. He authored the 1994 Crime Bill that devastated communities. He voted for the Iraq War. He championed the Patriot Act. He represents the quintessential career establishment politician who has been on the wrong side of virtually every major issue for half a century.

The Record

01

Criminal Justice

Joe Biden's Record

Authored the 1994 Violent Crime Control Act that led to mass incarceration, mandatory minimums, and the destruction of Black communities. As president, proposed modest reforms that did not undo the damage.

Anti-Federalist Position

Decentralize justice. Local communities should control their own policing and courts. End federal mandatory minimums. Empower community oversight boards.

The 1994 Crime Bill funded 100,000 new police officers, expanded the death penalty, and created the three-strikes law. Biden called it his proudest legislative achievement for decades.

02

War & Foreign Policy

Joe Biden's Record

Voted for the Iraq War. Supported intervention in Libya, Syria, and Yemen. Continued drone strike programs. Funded foreign wars through supplemental appropriations.

Anti-Federalist Position

End all foreign military interventions. Close overseas bases. Return to a constitutional militia model. The United States military exists to defend American soil — nothing else.

The Iraq War killed over 4,000 American soldiers and hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians. Biden voted for it and did not apologize for over a decade.

03

Surveillance State

Joe Biden's Record

As Senator, was a key architect of the Patriot Act. As Vice President, defended NSA bulk surveillance. As President, reauthorized FISA Section 702.

Anti-Federalist Position

Abolish the Patriot Act entirely. End warrantless surveillance. The Fourth Amendment is non-negotiable.

Biden literally helped write the legislation that created the modern surveillance state. He bragged about it. He is personally responsible for the legal framework that allows the government to spy on every American.

04

Federal Spending

Joe Biden's Record

Signed $4.8 trillion in new spending. Expanded federal agencies. Created new bureaucracies. National debt exceeded $34 trillion.

Anti-Federalist Position

Radically reduce federal spending. Resources should remain in the communities that generate them. The federal government should fund national defense and little else.

The Inflation Reduction Act did not reduce inflation. The Infrastructure Bill directed billions to federal contractors rather than community-owned projects. Federal spending is a wealth transfer from communities to Washington.

05

Big Tech & AI

Joe Biden's Record

Issued an executive order on AI with no enforcement mechanism. Accepted millions from tech industry donors. No comprehensive privacy legislation.

Anti-Federalist Position

Mandatory algorithmic transparency. Individual data sovereignty enforced by law. Break up tech monopolies through aggressive antitrust action.

Biden had a Democratic Congress for two years and passed zero data privacy legislation. The AI executive order was voluntary compliance — no company was required to do anything.

06

Student Debt

Joe Biden's Record

Promised broad student loan forgiveness. Delivered partial, means-tested relief that was struck down by courts. Did not address the root cause — federal student loan programs that inflated tuition costs.

Anti-Federalist Position

End federal student loan programs that create artificial demand and inflate tuition. Education funding should be local. Community colleges should be free through local tax revenue.

Federal student loans are the reason tuition has increased 1,200% since 1980. The government guaranteed unlimited loans, so universities raised prices to capture them. Biden's solution was to forgive some loans while maintaining the system that creates the debt.

The Verdict

Joe Biden is the living embodiment of the establishment. Fifty years in Washington producing the Crime Bill, the Patriot Act, the Iraq War vote, and $34 trillion in national debt. He is not the solution to any problem — he is the author of most of them.
