Data Sovereignty Ordinances

Push for city-level protections ensuring residents own their digital data and algorithmic transparency is enforced.

Community Broadband

Establish public broadband infrastructure as a utility, ensuring universal internet access regardless of income.

The Convention, who sat at Philadelphia, have at last delivered to Congress that system of general government, which they have declared best calculated to promote your safety and happiness as citizens of the United States.
